Jordan’s been in support roles for about ten years and understands how to hear and help customers. He thrives in fast-paced environments where he can pivot, test solutions, and tackle significant challenges, making him a perfect fit for leading the JobNimbus Payments team.

His problem-solving skills let him drive initiatives forward while also valuing collaboration and feedback from his team.

“We either succeed, or we learn. There’s no failing. It doesn’t matter what our goals are or what feedback we’re getting or what barriers we run into. We’re scrappy. We’re going to figure out a way through it, but we’re not going to let it hinder us.”

Jordan emphasizes the importance of honesty and transparency in customer interactions, encouraging his team to be straightforward about fit and features.

“One thing I’ve always told my team is if it’s not the right fit, don’t try to talk around it. Don’t try to keep people in if it’s not the right fit. Be honest with them because if it’s not the right fit, they’re going to remember that. It’s that long-term relationship building.”

Lincoln, one of the JobNimbus Payments usage specialists, is a trailblazer in his role. He specializes in resolving escalated issues, managing payments, and providing onboarding support.

“If there’s ever something that we’re kind of trying to trailblaze, I’m the one they throw in. I eat it up. I love it. I love figuring stuff out,” he says.

He’s been on the FinTech team for the last year and a half. During that time, he’s taken pride in innovating and streamlining processes, like developing new outreach strategies for accounts struggling to use JobNimbus Payments.

But for Lincoln, helping his customers goes beyond making Payments work for them. He loves working with people. He places immense value on creating strong relationships with customers, not just providing valuable communication in his work and ensuring users get paid efficiently.

Although Lincoln hasn’t been involved in the world of roofers before, he has experience with physically challenging jobs. “I grew up doing a lot of lawn care, landscaping, and manual labor,” he says. “So I kind of get what roofing’s like a little bit, kind of have a mind for it, and I get along with people who are in it.”

Her responsibilities include identifying the required documents for payment approval, connecting with customers to collect necessary information, ensuring accurate account setup, and resolving any issues to facilitate payment approval.

Hailey is passionate about helping customers get set up on the right foot and understands customers’ concerns, especially about sensitive information like social security numbers and addresses. “A lot of being in the attach side is collecting sensitive documents. A lot of people are very hesitant about giving that information, for a good reason.

“When you think about it, if you were to go to the bank and say, ‘Hey I’d like to open a bank account with you,’ They’re going to ask for that same type of information. You don’t want somebody stealing your identity and opening an account with a bank. So we are asking for the same validating information to make sure that you are who you say you are and you’re not just opening an account with us. You know, we are handling a lot of sensitive financial information when you process payments through us, and we wouldn’t want you to be at risk.”

Hailey sees what a difference having tech tools makes to move your business forward. “I know so many people who are in an occupation like roofing, and it’s crazy to hear they’re all pen-and-paper people. To see the other side of it, from using a CRM and using technology and how that changes what the business looks like, is crazy.”

Robynn – The Payment Advocate

She takes a proactive approach to contacting users, gathering feedback, and providing training on payment features within JobNimbus.

She emphasizes the importance of customer experience, expressing her passion for truly helping JobNimbus users and building relationships with them.

“For me, it’s making the difference. Making that connection. Building that relationship. So, that’s what I really like to do.”

Robynn’s role also involves educating users on the platform’s capabilities, such as the option to accept e-checks for payments, which she believes is often overlooked.
