The turning point came when Brett and Michael decided to implement JobNimbus to run the business in a more organized, consistent way. With the “unrelenting effort of our account manager,” Reliable Roofing was able to “switch softwares to JobNimbus seamlessly.”

Challenge

Scheduling was a mess, and the time it took to order jobs was way too long,” Brett said. “None of the other softwares that I used had a high-level overview of what jobs were in progress, but everything was built out in JobNimbus to make it extremely easy.”

Results

With JobNimbus in place, Reliable Roofing eliminated key operational issues and changed how the business operates day to day. Processes that once caused delays became streamlined. Supplier integrations reduced costly mistakes. And for the first time, the team had a clear view into jobs, expenses, and performance at every stage.
