If you use Insights to track what's happening in your business, there's a change coming to JobNimbus reporting.

We're introducing Analytics, a new reporting experience that will eventually replace Insights. It's built to give you more reliable data, more ready-to-use dashboards, better exports, and a stronger foundation for reporting in JobNimbus.

The good news is that there’s no switch overnight. You'll have time to get familiar with Analytics before the transition is complete.

Here's what's changing, what's staying familiar, and what you need to know about the move from Insights to Analytics.

Meet JobNimbus Analytics

Analytics is the next home for reporting in JobNimbus. It gives you a library of pre-built dashboards designed to answer common questions about your business with data that refreshes every 10 minutes.

You'll get a library of pre-built dashboards covering areas like:

• Accounts receivable
• Business overview
• Completed jobs
• Production
• Profit Tracker
• Sales
• Workflow

And Analytics is free for all JobNimbus customers.

What's changing from Insights to Analytics?

If Insights is already part of how you run your business, you won't have to start from scratch.

Analytics carries over the core reporting your team already relies on while improving the technology behind it.

Get fresher data

Analytics refreshes every 10 minutes, giving you a more up-to-date view of what's happening in JobNimbus.

Instead of relying on yesterday's numbers, you can make decisions based on what’s happening in your business now.

Explore more ready-to-use dashboards

Analytics comes with a library of pre-built dashboards, so you don't have to build reports from the ground up to answer common business questions.

Open the dashboard you need, explore the numbers, and drill into the data behind them.

Export your data more easily

Sometimes you need your data outside JobNimbus. Analytics gives you better export options, making it easier to work with or share the information behind your reports.

What's staying the same?

We're not asking you to throw away the reports you use today. The core reports available in Insights are also available in Analytics. You'll still be able to find the information you rely on. Analytics simply gives those reports a better place to live. 

You also have time to get familiar with that new home. Insights and Analytics will be available side by side during the transition, so there's no need to change everything at once.

What about Analytics AI and advanced Analytics features?

Analytics is only the beginning. We're also introducing additional Analytics options for businesses that want to take their data further.

Analytics AI lets you ask questions about your JobNimbus data in plain language and get answers without digging through reports yourself. You might ask which lead sources are bringing in the most sales, how one rep's close rate compares with the rest of the team, or which invoices are more than 30 days past due.

Our highest Analytics tier, Analytics Enterprise, goes even further for businesses with more advanced reporting needs. You'll get custom dashboards, raw data access, and a dedicated JobNimbus analyst who works with you to build reporting around the way your business operates.

While the standard Analytics experience is free, these upgraded options will become paid add-ons after October 15. For now, you can try Analytics AI at no additional cost.

What do you need to do right now?

Insights isn’t disappearing overnight, and you don't need to rebuild your reporting today. For now, the best thing you can do is start exploring Analytics and test Analytics AI.
