- A minimum of 5 successful payments must be processed through JobNimbus Payments before July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MT
- Each qualifying payment must be at least $1,000
- Refund covers the processing fees on those 5 qualifying payments, up to $10,000 in total volume processed, capped at $250, whichever is less
- One-time refund per eligible account
- Credit is processed weekly by JobNimbus and applied as a statement credit against processing fees
- Promotion is limited to eligible JobNimbus accounts as determined solely by JobNimbus
