What payment methods can I accept?
You choose to accept E-Check/ACH bank transfers and Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
This puts you in control while also providing flexibility to your customers.
Can my customers pay using a mobile device?
Absolutely! Our payment system works on both web and mobile for a completely optimized experience. This reduces friction and helps make it even easier for your customers to pay you. It’s compatible with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, iOS, and Android.
Is there a processing fee?
There is a standard 2.0% processing fee for E-Check/ACH transfers and an initial 3.4% processing fee for each credit/debit card transaction.
Between the simplicity and integrated nature of JobNimbus Payments, we are not offering fee reductions at this time.
How do I get started?
To get started, simply log into your account and go to Settings > Features, then enable Payments, or Click Here.
You’ll be able to start taking payments immediately by sending invoices to your customers.
How long do the funds take to release to my account?
Each payment in WePay is individually reviewed for security. Credit card payments take approx. 1 business day while bank account transfers can take 1-5 business days to clear.
How do I withdraw funds?
Simply finish your WePay account setup and you’ll be able to withdraw funds into your bank account in a couple of clicks.
Withdrawels can take between 2-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
Can I use my customer’s info to process a payment myself?
You can certainly do this. However, you’ll need to do it from your WePay account directly and then record the payment separately in JobNimbus.
