Sponsor: JobNimbus LLC (“JobNimbus” or “Sponsor”), 3451 Triumph Blvd., Suite 650, Lehi, Utah 84043 (“Sponsor”).

Promotional Partners: ABC Supply Co., Inc. and The Catch-All (collectively, “Promotional Partners”). The Promotional Partners are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion unless expressly stated otherwise herein.

Luxottica of America Inc. (Ray-Ban) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates) are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Promotion and have no responsibility or liability in connection with it.

By participating, each Entrant and its Authorized Representative agree to these Official Rules and the JobNimbus Terms of Service, available at https://www.jobnimbus.com/terms and incorporated by reference. For Promotion-related conflicts, these Official Rules control eligibility, entry, prizes, and winner selection; the Terms of Service control all other matters.

1. Definitions

As used in these Official Rules, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set forth below:

“Authorized Representative” means the owner, officer, or employee who submits an Entry on behalf of an Entrant and who has actual authority to bind that Entrant.

“Entrant” means a business entity that submits a valid Entry in accordance with these Official Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Entrant is the business, not the Authorized Representative individually.

“Entry” means one valid entry into the Promotion, whether earned through a Qualifying Order or through the Free Entry method.

“Free Entry” means an Entry submitted through the free alternative method of entry described in Section 5.

“Official Rules” means these JobNimbus and ABC Supply 2026 Digital Ordering Promotion Official Rules, as may be amended in accordance with their terms.

“Promotion” means the JobNimbus and ABC Supply 2026 Digital Ordering Promotion governed by these Official Rules.

“Promotional Partners” means ABC Supply and The Catch-All.

“Qualifying Order” means an ABC Supply order that satisfies all requirements of the Official Rules.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion begins on October 1, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Business Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to bona fide businesses that, before the Promotion Period, provided roofing, exterior construction, or exterior home services for commercial purposes in the United States (each, an “Entrant”). Void where prohibited.

3.2 Authorized Representative. Each entry must be submitted by an owner, officer, or employee of the Entrant (the “Authorized Representative”) who (a) is at least eighteen (18) years of age, and (b) has full authority to bind the Entrant. All prizes are awarded to the Entrant, not to the Authorized Representative personally.

3.3 Exclusions. Individuals entering for personal, family, or household purposes; businesses formed primarily to enter; governmental entities; sanctioned or legally prohibited persons; and employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, the Promotional Partners, or the Promotion’s agencies or administrators, including their immediate family and household members, are ineligible.

3.4 No Purchase Required. No JobNimbus subscription, ABC Supply account, purchase, or payment is required.

4. Entry Methods

4.1 Registration. During the Promotion Period, the Authorized Representative must register the Entrant at https://www.jobnimbus.com/abc/promo and accept these Official Rules and the incorporated JobNimbus Terms of Service.

4.2 Qualifying Orders. After registering, an Entrant earns one Entry by placing at least ten (10) separate ABC Supply orders through the JobNimbus integration during the Promotion Period, with each order invoiced for at least $1,000 and all qualifying invoices totaling at least $25,000. Cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, test, internal, or otherwise invalid orders do not count. Sponsor may verify order data with ABC Supply.

4.3 Free Mail-In Entry. To enter without a purchase, an Authorized Representative must handprint on a postcard: “JobNimbus and ABC Supply 2026 Digital Ordering Promotion”; the Entrant’s legal name, address, website (if any), and business type; the Authorized Representative’s name, title, email, and phone number; and the statement, “I certify that the Entrant is eligible, that I am authorized to bind it, and that the Entrant and I agree to the Official Rules and incorporated JobNimbus Terms of Service.” Mail the postcard with sufficient postage to: JobNimbus 2026 Promotion, 3451 Triumph Blvd., Suite 650, Lehi, Utah 84043. The postcard must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by December 3, 2027. Limit one postcard per Entrant. A valid mail-in Entry has the same status and odds as a Qualifying Order Entry. No JobNimbus subscription, ABC Supply account, purchase, or payment other than postage is required.

5. Entry Limits

6.1 Entry Limits. Each Entrant may receive one Entry, regardless of method. Sponsor may identify duplicates using business name, address, tax information collected during verification, ownership or control, JobNimbus information, ABC Supply information, or other reasonable identifiers. Affiliated entities qualify separately only if they have separate legal identities and genuinely separate operations. Sponsor may consolidate entries submitted to circumvent this limit.

7. Guaranteed Discount Code

7.1 Discount Code. Each Entrant that registers under Section 4 or submits a valid Free Entry will receive a Catch-All discount code by email. The code is separate from the drawing, has no cash value, and does not affect eligibility or odds.

8. Prizes

A total of twenty-one (21) prizes will be awarded to twenty-one (21) separate winning Entrants, limited to one (1) prize per Entrant. The prizes are as follows:

Aggregate ARV of all prizes: $15,065.00 ARV.

The Catch-All will fulfill and handle applicable tax reporting for the Catch-All prizes. Sponsor will do the same for the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and remains the primary contact for Promotion inquiries.

Prizes are awarded to the Entrant, not its Authorized Representative. Prizes have no cash alternative and are non-transferable, but Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for taxes and incidental costs and may be required to provide Form W-9 and other tax information.

9. Drawing, Winner Selection, and Notification

9.1 Drawing and Odds. On or about December, 4 2026, Sponsor will randomly select twenty-one (21) unique potential winners without replacement from all valid Qualifying Order and Free Entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Prizes will be assigned using order of drawing

9.2 Notification and Verification. Sponsor will notify each potential winner through its Authorized Representative. Within one week, the potential winner must provide requested proof of authority, business eligibility, tax information, releases, and delivery information. If a potential winner is ineligible, does not respond, declines the prize, or fails verification, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible Entries.

10. Privacy and Marketing Consent

10.1 Privacy. Sponsor may collect and share business and Authorized Representative information with the Promotional Partners and service providers as reasonably needed to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, and handle tax reporting. Information will be handled under Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.jobnimbus.com/privacy-policy.

11. Publicity

11.1 Publicity. Unless prohibited by law, each Entrant permits Sponsor and the Promotional Partners to use its business name, trade name, city, state, and general business description to publicize the Promotion for two (2) years without additional compensation. An individual’s name, image, voice, or likeness may be used only with that individual’s separate written consent, which is not required to enter or receive a prize.

12. Prohibited Conduct, Disqualification, and Promotion Integrity

12.1 Prohibited Conduct. Entrants may not provide false information, obtain duplicate Entries, use bots, interfere with the Promotion, violate these Rules or applicable law, or otherwise undermine the Promotion’s fairness or integrity.

12.2 Enforcement. Sponsor may investigate suspected violations and disqualify an Entrant or void an Entry for prohibited conduct.

12.3 Changes or Termination. If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the Promotion’s administration, security, or fairness, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it and may select winners from eligible Entries received before termination.
