We’re very happy to announce that JobNimbus is now officially part of Roofer’s Coffee Shop and a member of the Western States Roofing Contractors Associacion (WSRCA).
These associations are dedicated to maintaining the quality of the roofing industry, education, and advancements in technologies and techniques that help build industry growth on a large scale.
As members, we hope to participate in the advancement of a healthy community and industry of strong, integrity-driven roofers from across the country by sharing some of our own expertise sharing in the conversation.
But, even more important, our own drive is somewhat selfish: we want to learn more! We’re hungry to know as much as we can about the roofing industry, where the voids are, and how technology can be harnessed to fill in these gaps to improve the work quality across the board.
“But wait… I heard you guys were roofers?” Incorrect!
In fact, not a single JobNimbus employee has worked in the roofing business or owned, in whole or in part, a roofing company. It’s a myth that we must put to rest. We’ll never compete with you, we’ll never look at your data to market to your leads or customers, and we’ll certainly never detect where you’re canvassing so that we can start canvassing there, too.
But, while we aren’t roofers, we do want to gain as much roofing expertise as we can so we can know how to build a better software tool for roofing contractors.
We’re constantly talking to customers and, if you listen in on those conversations, you’ll notice us making a lot of questions. That’s because we’re genuinely interested in making the right roofing software, the right remodeling software, the right solar software, restoration software, and on and on. It’s a huge task and something that has been a long time coming. By learning more and more, we’re able to tailor fit the software to meet the myriad needs of contractors everywhere.
Where Do We Go From Here?
After our second year at the International Roofing Expo, joining these associations seemed like the natural next step. Our feet are more than wet. Heck, our khaki shorts are practically soaked by now, and we’re loving every minute of it.
Each new opportunity presents new challenges and we’re excited to take them all on.
That’s why we’re so happy to be a part of two renowned organizations like Roofers Coffee Shop and Western States Roofing Contractors Association. It gives us a chance to further explore where we can help the industry as a whole to grow and provide better, more advanced services while being more successful than ever.
There’s plenty more to come and we’re overjoyed to be on this journey together.
