As is our way, we’ve been hard at work building the latest version of JobNimbus.
In our v1.19 update, we have several features and improvements that you’ve been asking for and several you never knew you needed.
But all are designed to help you stay organized and get more done in less time.
Here’s what’s new in JobNimbus v1.19
Email Attachments (User Requested)
No more downloading your attachments just to send them in an email from JobNimbus!
Now, when you send an email by adding a note, click on “Attachments” to select from existing documents and photos that you’ve already uploaded, to attach directly to the email. Try it now
PRO Saved Work Orders & Material Orders (User Requested)
Do you tend to repeat yourself when creating Work Orders or Material Orders? Now when you create a new order, you’ll see a new option at the bottom to “Add to Saved Work Orders” (or Material Orders), and you can select that saved list every time you create a new order, saving you all that work.
Owners is now Assigned To (User Requested)
We’ve renamed Owners to Assigned To. You’re welcome.
Add Workflow when creating new Types
Now when you create a new Contact or Job Type, the Add Workflow window appears to let you define what statuses that new Type includes.
Assigned To and Sales Rep on Work Orders
These two fields have been added to your Work Orders so you can keep better track of whose responsible and who gets credit for the sale.
PRO Template Date Fields (User Requested)
We’ve added two new template fields to the template builder: Date Document Created and Date Document Modified.
Search Improvements (User Requested)
Search has been improved to provide more accurate answers to your queries. The more detail you add, the more exact your results will be!
Documentation and step-by-step walkthroughs are just a click away, wherever you are, with the new Help icon at the top right.
Related Contact on Task from Job
Now when you add a Task to a Job, the same Related Contact is carried over to the new Task.
The “Allow Task Assignment” checkbox on the Add/Edit Contact page is now called “Sub-Contractor”.
PRO Reworked Budget Margin Limits (User Requested)
You can set Budget margins in Settings > Budgets. 0% will have no limit when creating the budget, and setting a number (positive or negative) will make sure you meet that limit before allowing a user to save the budget.
Now, when adding a note, the “Date Updated” on a record is changed to the moment the note was added.
We’ve updated some of the wording and terms around JobNimbus to make them clearer.
Several other bug fixes and performance improvements.
We’ll be adding more to our blog will be coming in the next few weeks in the way of tutorials to help you navigate these new features and improvements, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, if you have questions about getting started, please feel free to call or email us and we’ll be happy to help you out.
As always, these features are available now. All you have to do is log in and give them a try.
