In your adventures through a normal workday, you might come across features that you aren’t sure how to use, or you might need a refresher on a feature you’ve used but don’t quite remember how it works.
When these situations arise, there are a few places you can look to for help.
The first and best place is always present, no matter where you are in the app. Have you ever noticed that question mark icon at the top right of JobNimbus next to your name?
That’s the “Help” button that will take you to some really helpful documentation with tutorials on every feature in JobNimbus, explanations on some of the words you’ll find in the app, and descriptions that will guide you through a new feature with ease.
You can use the Table of Contents on the left side to jump to a new section and choose a sub-category on a given topic. For instance, if you want to learn more about importing contacts, first choose the Contacts option from the list, then choose Import Contacts.
If you have any questions or find yourself stuck anywhere in JobNimbus, just click that button at the top right and you’ll find your answer.
